Apple Orchard Field Trip

Here are a few pictures of our son's first field trip.   Four or five kindergarten classes went to an apple orchard.  It was very fun as each child picked apples, navigated through a corn field, fed goats, rode a tractor, & tasted apple cider.  By the end of the day we were exhausted!

Jaida's birthday party

It's been a few weeks since Jaida's birthday pool party. I just remembered that I hadn't posted a pix yet....sorry! What's crazy is that there are a few kids that were on the deck that didn't get in the pix....too many to count.

We Are Family!

Here is a photo of a few of my cousins getting together to play basketball, play with the kiddos, & eating of course. We counted at least 8, not in the picture, that had a schedule conflict. As always....I'm not in the pix. I'm behind the camera!

Baby Chicken

One of our son's friends, Ethan, came over & spent the day with us. He was very excited to hold a baby chicken. Ethan was very gentle with the baby chick. And most importantly the chick didn't poop on him! Way to go Ethan! Could Ethan turn out to be a future farmer or do we have a city boy in our hands? :)
